Description:
Serves as a Part-time Lead Hotel Customer Service Agent in the Front Office Department of the Hale Koa Hotel.The first cutoff of applicants will be on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager.
Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.
Requirements:
Work experience in the hospitality industry that demonstrated the ability to perform the duties as stated above with minimal supervision. Must be able to exercise tact and diplomacy when interacting with people, and be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. Must have the mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to complete required reports and the ability to use office automated equipment in the performance of the required duties.Must have and maintain a personal appearance of being neatly dressed and groomed. A uniform is provided. Must have a friendly, courteous attitude around guests and coworkers and be knowledgeable and able to provide information on the local area and points of interest.ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES MEETING HIGHLY-QUALIFYING CRITERIA WILL BE INITIALLY REFERRED.
