Requirements:

GS-14 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties:

Applying a wide range of HR principles to perform quality assurance and quality control service concepts, regulations, and practices; AND Conducting fact-finding, analyzing data and recommending solutions; AND Communicating orally and in writing in order to develop position papers, reports and studies, and coordinate with Bureau managers; and prepare oral presentations for management officials.
