This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Alaska Region, Office of the Deputy Regional Director-Trust Services, Branch of Titles and Records in Anchorage, Alaska.NOTE: TRAVEL AND RELOCATION EXPENSES WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED. ANY RELOCATION EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH REPORTING FOR DUTY WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELECTED EMPLOYEE.
NOTE: THE PAY FLEXIBILITIES OF A BONUS MAY BE AUTHORIZED, PENDING AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for Administrative and Management Positions, GS-0301).GS-13: I have at least one year of specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at least the GS-12 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). Specialized experience is examining title documents for accuracy and completeness; interpretation of survey data; curing title by preparation of administrative corrections and modifications; issuing title status reports; and Trust Asset and Accounting Management System (TAAMS) procedures; initiating personnel actions for hiring, terminating, promoting, and training subordinate staff; performance management including writing performance standards and rating and assessing subordinate staff; human resource management, leadership, and performance management; responsibilities of program management and planning; responsibilities in planning and management budget formulation.
