This is a Temporary Promotion. This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, SUPERVISION EXAMINATIONS. The incumbent oversees and coordinates all training, learning and development activities that support Supervision operations activities.Requirements:
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience for the CN-72, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the CN-61/60 grade level in the Federal service . (For qualification purposes, the CN 61/60 is broadly equivalent to the GS-14). For this position, specialized experience is defined as:
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and coordination of the Examiner Commissioning Program (ECP) for Supervision Examiners, as well as periodic updates to reflect evolving examination responsibilities and practices; AND
- Overseeing the identification, development and implementation of non-ECP training to improve and update commissioned examiner skills and knowledge; AND
- Overseeing and ensuring application of systematic instructional systems design approaches for designing, developing and implementing Supervision training; AND
- Overseeing the Supervision administration of learning technologies such as the Treasury Learning Management System (TLMS) or similar system, Virtual Classroom Platform, and other assessment and tracking tools.

Salary may be set from the minimum of the salary range to the midpoint of the salary range.
