Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the as an NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent which includes 1. using and analyzing the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules; 2. applying process improvement and project management techniques such as business process mapping, SIPOC, and scrums; 3. Army Supply Chain Management business processes and performance metrics; and 4. experience developing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards such as Vantage, APAS, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11/NH-02).
This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS 12 grade Step 01 to the highest equivalent GS 13 grade step 05 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-03, Non-Supervisory, Journey Professional is $99,200 to $133,692 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
