This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Service to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.About the Position: This will be located at the C5ISR campus on Aberdeen Proving Ground, building 6001, 4 th Floor. The work environment is a standard cubicle setup, in-person, 0800-1630 standard workday (slightly negotiable start and end times by 30 minutes or so. Telework can be arranged on a situational level.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 level in the Federal service which includes 1) Creating, Managing, and finalizing the execution of various personnel actions from initial conception to execution; 2.) Developing spreadsheets of organizational funds, personnel actions, and/or various program actions 3.) Analyzing both fiscal and/or personnel resources for assigned programs and branches.
This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 10 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-03 Program Analyst is $99,200 to $153,354 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
