Description:

The Supervisory Management Analyst position is located in the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Human Resources Office (HRO), Court Human Resources Division (CHRD), Recruitment Services Branch (RSB). The HRO provides human resource programs leadership, services, and solutions to enable the U.S. federal courts and the AO to recruit and onboard a highly skilled workforce.

Requirements:

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions.

Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) (preferably 3 years) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in ALL areas defined below: Leading the development, implementation, and management of human resources programs in or directly related to employment eligibility, employment suitability or law enforcement officer integrity programs (preemployment background checks, investigations and reinvestigations, preemployment medical exams, and preemployment and random drug testing), or onboarding; Conducting research, analyzing data, monitoring trends, and making recommendations to improve HR programs and policies; and Providing oversight and management of customer service inquiries on HR programs to include monitoring customer service responses and communications to ensure timely and consistent responses. Highly Desired : Using web-based technical experience on various human resources systems to identify enhancements and efficiencies to improve program operations. Employment suitability experience in onboarding federal law enforcement officers. A current Tier 5, Top Secret, Single Scope Background Investigation security clearance.
