Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 or GS-9-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Project and Program Engineer in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles and processes in research and engineering, test and evaluation and logistics functions.
2. Manage a small to medium scale/scope or segments of a project/program.
3. Apply tools such as but not limited to Risk Management, Configuration Management, Data Management, Trade-off Analysis/Trade Studies, Technical Performance Measurement, Technical Reviews, Modeling & Simulation or Earned Value Management.
