Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9-11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supporting day-to-day direction, guidance, and performance of a Test and Evaluation program; 2) Planning, directing, and controlling activities of assigned IPTs; 3) Supporting Lead Test Engineers to ensure that program test objectives are met, and test resources are provided; and 4) Providing input to immediate supervisor relative to the technical performance of the assigned test engineers.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: all-professional-engineering-positions-0800.pdf (opm.gov)
