This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reading and understanding system specification, industry standards and apply them to system design, development and test; 2) Investigating, analyzing, planning, designing, developing, implementing, testing, or evaluating military communications systems over full system lifecycle; 3) Supporting Radio Frequency (RF) system Analysis (RF Link Budgets, Co-Site analysis), system evaluation and alternative design recommendations, specification development and review, system interoperability, system re-design/re-configuration, and sustainment; and 4) Reviewing and preparing engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
