Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or (DP-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Utilizing experience with navigation systems performance parameters including accuracy, integrity, availability, and continuity; 2) Conducting root cause analysis for navigation systems; 3) Associating requirements verbiage to physical implementations of navigation systems; 4) Interpreting navigation systems and avionics Interface Control Documents (ICDs); 5) Communicating navigation technical topics to non-technical persons; and 6) Recommending corrective actions to navigation systems integration issues.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site:
