Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DP-04) pay band or (GS-12/13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing requirement documents for mission computers; 2) Designing complex hardware systems including test fixtures, plans and managing the entire fabrication process of an avionic system or support system; 3) Developing acceptance test procedures of avionic systems and printed Circuit Boards; 4) In depth knowledge of implementing the HOST Standard, SOSA, CHIL, UCI, FACE, MOSA, and MBSE; and 5) Managing an organization to support full life cycle support for both hardware and software.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0800/files/all-professional-engineering-positions-0800.pdf
