Requirements:
GS-13 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties:
Managing and providing resources for all internal and external training and development for the Bureau; AND Conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training solutions; AND Implementing and delivering training products and evaluating the impact of training on employee and organizational performance.
